• Hardman Farms Heritage Trail - Paved 1.1-mile path that goes from the southern entrance at Hardman Farm to the northern entrance at Edelweiss Strasse and Kollock Strasse near the Helen Water Park. Free parking is available at each entrance. Path is wide and winding along the river perfect for a stroll or run.
• Appalachian Trail - The famous ~2,200 mile long hiking trail spanning 14 states starts (or ends!) in North GA, and the Hogpen Gap overlook where you can access the trail is just 15 minutes from the house.
